Survived by parents, Jeff & Sue; sisters, Jenni, Jody Zurek-Mikrut (Jon); brother, Jeremy; niece, Samantha; nephew, Travis; girl friend, Renee Castner; special aunt, Judy Zurek; grandparents, Terry & Marilyn Allen and Betty Zurek; aunts & uncles, Teri Routson (Dan), Patty Johnson (Bob), Steve Johnson (Connie), Chuck Johnson, Bob Johnson (Carol), Joy Johnson (Steve), Bob Zurek (Kathy); many cousins, relatives and friends. Memorial service 2 pm Thursday at the Washburn-McReavy Seman Chapel, 1827 Coon Rapids Blvd, Coon Rapids. Friends may gather one hour prior to service. Memorials preferred.
