Also survived by parents, Al & Pat Smith; grandmother, Rose Smith; brother, Scott (Liann) Smith; sisters, Michele (Gerry Bosak) Smith, Peggy (Bruce) Jindra; mother and father-in-law, Dennis & DiAnn Johnson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
