Bachschneider (nee Jacobsen) Jean Ann, age 67, of Minnetonka, died peacefully April 28 due to complications of Alzheimers. Preceded in death by parents, Ernie and Ceil Jacobsen; brothers, Paul and John. Survived by husband, Heinrich (Hank); sons, Robert (Lynne) and Paul (Laura); daughter, Julie; granddaughters, Amy, Holly and Annie; brothers, Earl (Elaine) and Ernie (Lynn); many nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Thursday 11:00 AM at Westwood Lutheran Church, 9001 Cedar Lake Rd, St. Louis Park. Visitation one hour prior to service.
