Hernandez, Janeth Leigh (Cotter) 67, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2017 at her home in Maple Grove, MN surrounded by her family after a long struggle with cancer. Jan is survived by her loving family: husband Jose, daughter Lourdes Hernandez-Dayton (Jon), son Roberto Hernandez-Cotter (Daisy), sister Connie Rasmussen (Mark), and many other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Bob and Norma Cotter. A celebration of life ceremony will be held on July 12, 2017 from 5-8pm at the Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel in Maple Grove, MN.
