Rougier Janet Rose, of Edina, MN, died unexpectedly Jan. 25, 2003 at age 91. Janet taught high school mathematics in MN & Alaska & was instrumental in establishing the Alaska Teachers Retirement System. She was a generous friend to all, especially those in need. Preceded in death by brothers, Harry & James Rougier. Survived by sister-in-law, Marjorie Rougier & numerous relatives, friends & grateful students. Mass of Christian Burial Wed., Jan. 29, 10 AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave. N., Osseo, MN. Visitation, Tues., Jan. 28, 4-7PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, & 1 hour before Mass at the church. Burial at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery following Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
