Survived by sons & daughters-in-law, Michael, William & Sally, Charles, John & Heidi; daughter, Susan Martin; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jennifer, Tracy, Joseph, Paul, Leah, Denise, Wendi, James, Clayton, Cassandra, Ryan, and Jamie; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Douglas Lewis; sisters, Beth Oxberry, Helen Sibben, Jeanne Miller.
