Janet Lehan Obituary

Lehan, Janet Marie (Pfeffer) Jan age 63 passed away on October 10, 2019 at home after a five year battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert J. and Elaine Pfeffer. Jan was born in Hopkins MN and attended school in Glen Lake and graduated from Dodge Center, MN when her parents relocated. She worked in the finance department of L.A. Loving of Hopkins and when the company was sold to Rivers End Trading she continued in the same position. Jan loved horses and horseback riding. She would often take her nieces, Jenna and Abbie Garness horseback riding. She is survived by her husband, Greg of Mpls; brother, Bob (Tammy) Pfeffer of Byron MN, their children, Jared (Dana) and Hannah; her sister, Sara (Dan) Garness of Stillwater MN and their children, Jan's Godson Jeffrey (Emily), Jenna, Abbie all of Stillwater. Jan will be interned at Fort Snelling and will be joined with Greg at the time of his passing.Private service for immediate family will be held upon her internment. Memorials and donations can be made in her name at University of Minnesota Extension Horse program "Wishbone Ranch" and the American Cancer Society. Many thanks to Allina Health Hospice care manager Kristen Koll who help guide me through a very tough road.
