Lanning James W. II, age 66 of Plymouth. Preceded in death by parents, James & Katharine Lanning. Survived by fiance, Sandra Krause; son, James W. Lanning III; daughter, Katharine (Michael) Misk; grandchildren, Mariah, Natalie, and Brianna Misk; brother, John Lanning; also survived by Sandra's family, son John (Shelly) Krause and 4 children; daughter, Kristine (Mark) Davis and daughter Ali. Active 25 year member of the Wayzata Yacht Club and member of ULLR Ski Club. Service Tuesday, 1 PM at Calvary Lutheran Church, 7520 Golden Valley Rd, Golden Valley. Private interment. Visitation Monday, 5-7:30 PM at: Gearty Delmore Chapel of Plymouth, 37th Ave N & Vicksburg Ln and 1 hour before the service at the church. Gearty Delmore Plymouth 763-553-1411
