James R. Preston Obituary
Preston James R., age 80, of Edina, passed away on Dec. 25, 2002. Survived by wife, Lois; sons, Thomas (Janet), Paul (Angela); daughter, Susan (Matt) Jerome; sister, Patricia (David) Hatlestad; three nephews; seven grandchildren. Graduate of the University of Minnesota and 35-year employee of Honeywell. Jim was a tireless promoter of amateur baseball in Minnesota as well as being involved in several volunteer causes. Memorial service 3 PM Monday, Dec. 30, 2002 at Jones-Harrison Residence, 3700 Cedar Lake Ave., Mpls, with visitation following until 6 PM. Private interment.
