Bevans James R., age 69, of St. Cloud, died suddenly on Friday, March 8, 2002 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Jim was born on March 30, 1932 in Mpls, MN to Edward and Helen (Mackey) Bevans. Married Jean Colette Zimmer on July 27, 1957 at the Church of the Holy Name, Mpls. He is survived by his adored and loving wife, Jean; two sons, Thomas and Paul, both of St. Cloud; and three grandchildren. Services Tuesday, March 12, at 10:30 am. at St. Mary's Cathedral Upper Church, St. Cloud. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Maple Grove. Friends may call from 4-9 pm Monday and after 9 am on Tuesday at the Daniel Funeral Home, St. Cloud. Parish prayers Monday, 7 pm, at the funeral home. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
