James F. Miska Obituary
Miska James F., age 73, of Redwood Falls, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Fri., August 16, 2002, at St Mary's Hospital, Rochester. Jim graduated from Southwest High School and the University of MN and served in the US Marine Corps. He retired from FMC Corp in 1988. He was selfishly devoted to his family. He enjoyed sports and the out of doors. Jim will be missed by his wife of 51 years, Joan; and many family friends including 5 children, Jan (Tom) Keaveny, Bill (Jenny), Mary (Greg) Liska, Rich (Deb) and Carol (Scott) Eliason; mother, Marion; brother, Tom; 16 grandchildren. Preceded in death by father; 1 brother; and 1 grandson. Visitation 5-8 PM Mon., Aug. 19, Redwood Valley Funeral Home, Redwood Falls with a Masons Service 7 PM. Memorial Service 1:30 PM Tues., at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Redwood Falls. Memorials to Redwood Area Hockey Assoc.
