Lien James F., age 69, of Brooklyn Park, on Dec. 10. Retired Roseville Dist. school teacher and visitor for Mended Hearts. Survived by wife of 50 years, Arlene; son, Doug (Debbie); daughter, Karen (Paul) Read; grandchildren, Bob & Sara Lien; brother, Norman. Memorial service Thurs. 12/13, 7 PM with visitation 2 hours prior at Brooklyn United Methodist Church, 7200 Brooklyn Blvd., in Brooklyn Center (763-561-1684). Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
