Survived by fiancee, Wendy Mapes and their children, Emily & Chad; parents, Lucille and Gerald; sisters, Jean Hansen and Marilyn Michael; brother, John; grandparents, Joseph H. & Celia Tupy, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Wake 4-8 PM Wed. at Bruzek Funeral Home, New Prague (952-758-4949). Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Thurs. at St. Wenceslaus Church, New Prague. Memorials preferred.
