Long, James C. "Jim" age 84 of Coon Rapids on 9/18/19. Longtime Business instructor at Anoka High School. Preceded in death by parents, Wendell and Violet (Meyenburg) Long; and brother, Robert. Survived by beloved wife of 50 years, Karen; children, Erich (Teri), Amy (Justin) Meyer, Stephen (Karen), and Andrea Long; 14 grandchildren; brothers, John (Joan) and Dean (Barb); also many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday 10/22/19 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 525 Jackson Street, Anoka. Visitation 5-8 PM Monday 10/21/19 at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, 2005 Branch Avenue, Anoka, and 1 hour prior to Mass at church on Tuesday (10:00-11:00 AM).
