Palmer Jacqueline L., age 56, of Otsego, passed away on June 3, 2003. Survived by husband, Edward; children, Paula (James) Kantorowicz, Patty (Jon) Morin, Brian (Brandee) Palmer and Karen Vickroy; grandchildren, Christopher, Paul, Kathryn, Benjamin, Bradley, Luke, Braiden and Amy. Also survived by sister, Candy (Al) Link; aunt, Lucille Hallen; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Beverly Bowers; brother, James Bowers; son, Glenn Edward Palmer; and grandson, Dylan Morin. Funeral Service 11 AM Saturday at Alliance Community Church, 829 School St., Elk River. Visitation 5-8 PM Friday at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main Street, Elk River 763-441-1212 and visitation one hour prior to service at church Saturday. Memorials are preferred.
