Falz Jack Isaac Falz Born 8/9/02 6 lb, 1 oz, 16.25'' Delivered by emergency C-section premature at 28 weeks. Died 8/11/02 Survived by his mom, Laurie & his dad, Jay; and many family and friends. Jack came to us as a little miracle and even though he was sick he fought to stay with us with a warrior's spirit. He touched so many lives in his brief stay. Although our hearts break with our loss, our lives are richer and more beautiful for his having been born. We will love him always. Graveside services Saturday, August 17, 2002 at 11 am, Morningside Memorial Gardens, 11800 University Ave, Coon Rapids. Memorials preferred to the NICU Childrens Hospital, Mpls GEARHART 763-755-6300
