Packer Ione ''Cookie'' Norma, of Cedar, MN, born in Coleraine, MN on 4/20/18, died on October 25. Preceded in death by husband,Leland Cook; sister, Helen; and brothers, Jerome and Charlie Boy. Survived by husband, David Packer; sister, Doris Myers; daughters, Lyn (Jim) Holker, Carrol (Ron) Lubich, Winnie (George) Banova, Jeri (Chris) Woods; and one son, Paul (Peggy) Cook; 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
