Koeppen Hugo ''Bud'', 76, Mankato, died Feb. 4, 2002. Survived by wife, Bette, Mankato; daughters, Christine (Otis) Jenkins, New Hope, Myra Karen Koeppen, Mankato; 3 grandchildren. Service 10:30 am Monday at Belgrade Ave. United Methodist Church, North Mankato. Visitation will follow service. Mankato Mortuary 507-388-2202
