Honor Ree Kelly Obituary

Kelly Honor Ree Kelly was the youngest of five children born to James and Ann Hart. She found Christ at an early age and united with Realtown Baptist Church where she served as a faithful member until 1946. On December 25, 1939 Honor Ree married Murry Kelly. From their union three sons were born, Jimmy, Murry Jr. and Edgar. In 1946 the family moved to Chicago. During this time Honor Ree's life was centered on church and family. She was a loving, dedicated and giving person. She leaves to cherish her memory and to mourn her passing her husband, Murry Kelly Sr.; three sons, Jimmy (deceased), Murry Jr., and Edgar (deceased); daughters-in-law, Cynthia (Murry Jr.) and Betty (Edgar); four grandchildren, Deon, Ayanna, Edgar Jr. and Murry Dean; great-grandchildren, Christian, Julian, Johnathan and Jordan; and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial service Saturday 10 AM at Macedonia Baptist Church, 3801 1st Ave South, Minneapolis.
