Skovran Helen, age 84, of NE Mpls. Preceded in death by husband, John & her parents, Stanley & Rose Koziol. Survived by daughter, Judith Westergard & husband, Dean; son, Tom & wife Helen; grandchildren, Andrea Moffatt & husband, Tom, Matthew Skovran & financee, Jamie Wright, Casey Skovran; sister, Rose Beckstrom. Helen's family and her years as a volunteer, first at Schiller School and then with Cardiac Patient Education at North Memorial, brought great joy to her life. Mass of Christian Burial, Tues. 10 AM, Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1621 University Ave NE. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation on Mon 4-8 PM with vigil prayers at 7 PM at the Kapala-Glodek NE Chapel, 230 13th Ave NE. Visitation also at church one hour prior to Mass. Kapala-Glodek 612-378-1331
