Harriet (Rae) Blicker Obituary

Blicker Harriet (Rae), having celebrated her 100th birthday on April 15, 2003, died peacefully June 3, 2003. Preceded in death by husband, Meyer (Mike) Blicker; son-in-law, Dr. Burton Abramson; grandson, Marty Abramson; her 2 sisters and 2 brothers; and her parents, Nachum & Fruma Lott. She is survived by her daughter, Caroline Abramson; grandson, Stewart (Pamela); granddaughters, Jody (Colin), Paula (Phil); and 3 great-grandsons, Matthew Michael, Ethan Baruch, and Liam Martyn. She was also blessed with many loving nieces and nephews. Many thanks to all the staff of 2 South and 2 North at Sholom Home West for the fine care that she received. Funeral services will be TODAY, June 4th, at 2 PM at the Mpls Jewish Cemetery Chapel, 70 - 1/2 and Penn Ave S. Services and Shiva will be held at 1201 Yale Place, Mpls, TONIGHT ONLY, at 7 PM. Memorials preferred to the the Burton and Marty Abramson Katan Tan Fund at Adath Jeshurun Congregation or donor's choice.
