Harold Betcher Obituary

Betcher Harold, age 80, of Minnetonka, passed away February 6. Born January 30, 1922 in Mazeppa, MN. Harold was a 35 year employee of Longyear Company and worked 14 years with WestWeld Supply. Charter member of St. Luke Presbyterian Church, past elder and deacon. Involved with East Tonka baseball, avid hunter and sportsman. Survived by wife of 52 years, Doris; sons, Randy (Marcy) and Tom (fiancee Karen Neubauer); grandchildren, Andrew and Kira; brother, Gaylord (Mazeppa); sister, Mildred Engler (Wayzata); nieces and nephew. Preceded in death by parents, sister, Marian Lindeblom, and brother, Bernard. Private interment Groveland Cemetery. Memorial service Saturday, February 16, 2002, 1 PM, St. Luke Presbyterian Church, 3121 Groveland School Road, Wayzata.
