Parker Gilbert Ray Parker, died suddenly and unexpectedly June 5, 2003 at age of 85 when his heart just stopped. He was a spiritual druid, a Democratic union carpenter, a lover of trees, people, books and a good story or joke. He will be missed by his neighbors, friends and family including Pauline, his wife of 63 years; his daughters, Patsy and her family, Olivia, Maya and Luke, Margaret and her family, Mark & Jeanne Hodesh and Sally and her family, Martin & Laura Homec. Memorial Service July 12 at 3 pm at Spirit of the Lakes, corner of 13th Ave. S. & Lake St. Reception and garden walk to follow at 4652 Pleasant Ave. So. If you wish, bring a stone, garden flowers, real food and a story to share.
