Survived by husband, Thomas J., Iowa City, IA; 4 daughters, Katharine Whittaker, Sausalito, CA, Connie Peterson, Iowa City, IA, Claudia Morrissey & husband Kevin Conlon, Glenview, IL, Chris Brus, Iowa City, IA; 8 grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Glenn & John Ekhoff. Funeral service Sat., Dec. 28, 3 pm at Fusselman-Wymore Funeral Home Chapel, Syracuse, NE (402-269-2441). Visitation begins at 9 am Saturday. Interment Cook Cemetery, rural Cook, NE. Memorials preferred to PEO Scholarship Fund.
