Stennes George V. age 89 of Mpls, formerly of Stillwater died May 24, 2002. Preceded in death by wife, Louise E. Stennes; 8 brothers and sisters. Survived by daughters, Carol Stennes, Majorie Lisovskis (George), Mary Stennes Wilbourn; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He was born in Montevideo, MN, he grew up there and in St Paul. He was employed at Minnesota Mutual until starting his own company as a consulting actuary, George V. Stennes & Associates in the early 1950's. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2002 at the Simonet Funeral Home, 6429 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater from 5-7:30 PM.
