DesRosier Francine A., of Oakdale, MN, age 51, born January 2, 1952 in Winona, MN passed away on March 2, 2003. Fran, mother of Ryan and Jeffrey Skoug, is survived by her parents, George and Katherine DesRosier of Rochester, MN. She was in the presence of her brothers and sisters at the time of her passing. Fran was employed with the State of Minnesota Department of Health. Monsignor James D. Habiger will be leading the service for Fran on Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Avenue South, Edina MN from 11:00 a.m. to Noon.
