Basch Frances C. (Miller), age 89, lifelong resident of White Bear Lake, Northwestern Bell retiree and member of Telephone Pioneers of America. Preceded in death by husband, Anton (Tony); brother, Fred Miller; sisters, Agnes Cary, Louise Hannah, Marie Perrault, Gertrude Diltz, Lillian Brehm, Anna Schwinn and Catherine Mullins. Survived by sister, Genevieve Dupre; daughters, Margaret Zellmer, Judith Christensen and Joanne (David) Kost; sons, Edward (Ila), Kenneth (Dixie) and John (Jean) Basch; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10 AM at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4th St. & Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake, with visitation 5-7 PM Monday at the MUELLER-LAKE MORTUARY, 3rd St. & Bald Eagle Ave., and one Hour before Mass at church. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Mueller-Lake Mortuary 651-429-4944
