Florence T. DeJoy (nee Anderson), of Richfield, on Dec. 26 at age 87. Preceded in death by husband, Patrick. ''Jesus loves you and so do I'' will long be echoed in our ears. She will be dearly missed by her loving children, Gary DeJoy (Patricia) of Eagan, Jack DeJoy (Joyce) of Prior Lake and Nancy Erickson (Randall) of North Oaks. Everyone should have had a mother like Florence, who believed in and loved her children greatly. There will also be a void in the lives of her 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Florence was an active member of Living Word Lutheran Church of Eagan. She donated her time to the Christian education program, and spent hundreds of hours sewing so those in the mission fields would have something new to wear or wrap their baby in. She joins her husband, Patrick, who paved a way for her in heaven and waits with a deck of cards and a bowl of spaghetti. Memorials preferred to Living Word Lutheran Church.
