Costello (nee Swanson) Evelyn I., age 78, of Anoka, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2002. Preceded in death by son, Daniel Costello; granddaughter, Jean Marie Costello; parents, Edwin & Belle Swanson; brother, Robert E. Swanson; nephew, Bruce Swanson. Survived by son, Jack; grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Katie and Garrett; many other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday 11:30 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church, 5th and Jackson Street, Anoka. Private interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka. Visitation 5-8 PM Friday at Thurston-Lindberg Funeral Home, West Main St. & Branch Ave., Anoka, and at the church one hour prior to Mass. Vigil prayers 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
