Ernestine R. Perry Obituary
Perry Ernestine R., age 76, of Mpls, passed away January 26, 2002. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Lonnie Perry Jr.; three sisters and one brother. Ernestine was a devoted wife, mother and lifetime member of St. James A.M.E. Church. Her spirit lives on in the hearts of all who knew her. Survived by five children, Jackquiline (Walter) Pone, Patricia (Willie) Hayes, Lonnie (Gloria) Perry III, Margaret (Jeffrey) Stephens, Gene (Bridgette) Perry; 15 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Verna Groce, Frankie Jones; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Thurs., Jan. 31 from 6-8 PM at Estes Funeral Chapel, 2210 Plymouth Av N. Funeral service Friday, Feb. 1, 11 AM, St. James AME, 3600 Snelling Ave S. Interment Ft. Snelling.
