Waigand, Jr.; grandchildren, Rick Allen, Ron Allen and Becky St. Germain; 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vivian Cole and Eunice Schonhardt. Service Tuesday 11:00 AM at the Morris Nilsen Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave S. Interment Pleasant View. Visitation Monday from 5-8 PM and one hour prior to the service.
