Townsend Emerson N., Jamestown, ND, formerly of NE Mpls., died March 9, 2002 while vacationing in SC. He was a member of Edison High School Class of 1940 and the Pierce Street Gang. He is survived by his wife, Winifred (Hoff); son, Craig & his wife of Columbus, OH; daughter, Meredith & husband and her family of Jamestown; sister-in-law, Marjorie Weir and her family; step-sister, Gloria Eagan and her family, all of Mpls. Burial Service and reception at 1:30 PM, Thurs., April 4 at Hillside Cemetery, Mpls.
