Malone Sister Ellen Joan, CSJ, age 86, died at Regina Hospital in Hastings, MN on Jan. 1, 2002. Sister taught upper elementary grades and served as principal in schools in the Twin Cties and other parts of Minnesota. She spent many years teaching in Hawaii as well. She is survived by her sisters, Cecilia Kritzeck, Margaret Woodward, Joan Link, and Patricia Wagner; many nieces & nephews; and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. Mass of the Resurrection Thurs., Jan. 3, 7 PM at Bethany Convent Chapel, 1870 Randolph Ave., St. Paul. Visitation 4-7 PM Thurs. prior to Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
