Eliza Voges Obituary
Voges Eliza Voges, 1907-2002. Born as Elise Haarstad to Elias Haarstad and Elina Bergen Haarstad of Newfolden, MN. Eliza is preceeded in in death by her parents; and by her siblings, Iver, Albert, Carl, Theodore, Otto, Elvina, Mathilda, Rena, Emilia, Ida; and by her daughter, Carmen Roselyn Audette. She is survived by grandson, Michael Audette of Attleboro, MA; and great-granddaughter, Sari Carmen Audette. Mrs. Voges received special training which she used to help teach her daughter, born deaf, to become completely able in lipreading and spoken language. Eliza's remains will be interred at Crystal Lake Cemetery in a private graveside ceremony.
