Hartman Eleanor E., of Hastings, MN died Sunday, May 25, 2003. She is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, D. Winton Hartman; parents, Austin and Emily Schuldt; brother, Donald. She was born in St. Paul on April 29, 1914, attended Macalaster College and later employed by Family Nursing Service of St. Paul. She and her husband lived in several states due to his employment as a Boy Scout executive during which time he built and managed many Scout camps. While living in New York, Eleanor enjoyed working at the United Nations. She is survived by her daughter, Diann Carpin & her husband Vince; son, Robert Dale Hartman; grandson, Walton; granddaughter, Lynette; grandson, Rob; 2 great-granddaughters, Rebecca and Jacinta. A Memorial Service in honor of her life will be held at St. John the Evangelist Episcopal Church, 60 Kent Street, St. Paul, MN 5102 at a later date.
