Swenson Eileen Marie, age 88, of Blaine. Passed away March 3, 2002. Preceded in death by daughter, Susan; sister, Beatrice Wiess; brother, George Abrahamson; grandchildren, Loren & Lowell Lyes. Survived by husband, Nelton; son, John (Cindy) Swenson; daughters, Mary Jo (George) Schwanz, Barbara (Bill) Lyes, Sally (David) Johnson; sisters, Shirley Bakke, Joan (George) Grau; grandchildren, Carmon (Rick) Sutton, Wendy Boeshans, Lana (Craig) Wieneke; Dana Boeshans, Jennifer (Darrin) Lee, Kelly (Brandon) Thyen, Troy Johnson, Nicolas Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Maria Johnson; 6 great-grandchildren. Eileen taught school at Boyd, MN, from 1938-1964, then at Spring Lake Park till her retirement in 1976. Funeral service, 11 AM Tuesday, March 5 at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, 8211 NE Red Oak Dr., Mounds View. (763-784-5120). Visitation, 5-8 PM Monday evening at the Miller Funeral Home, 6210 NE Hwy 65, Fridley, & in church Tues. 1 hour prior to service. Miller Funeral Home Fridley Chapel 763-571-1300
