Volkmeier Edward H., age 84, died March 19, 2002. Preceded in death by wife, Lorene. Survived by loving wife, Sandie; daughters & sons-in-law, Dee & Al Hennes, Judy & Bill Thompson; sons & daughters-in-law, Edward & Bobbie, Gordon & Dee, Douglas & Sandy; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Alice Nehlen; other relatives and friends. Memorial service Friday, March 22, 8 pm at Cremation Society of MN - Edina Chapel, 7110 France Ave S., Edina. Family receiving friends one hour prior to service. Private interment. Memorials preferred to FVSD Hospice, 2450 26th Ave S., Mpls 55406; or Hospice Homes & Suites, 27890 Natchez Ave., Elko, MN 55020. Many thanks to Hospice FVSD, especially Ruth for the great care.
