Survived by wife, Eleanor; son, Allan Fratzke; daughters, Toni Barcel, Sharon Fratzke, Robin Akers (David); step-children, Leonard Parsons (Alice), Patsy Forpahl, James Parsons (Joanne), Linda Sjurseth, William Parsons, Kathy Kammerer (Tom); daughter-in-law, Alicja Parsons; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral service Tuesday 11 AM at Enga-White Funeral Chapel, 5600 Excelsior Blvd. at Hwy. 100, St. Louis Park. Visitation Monday 4-8 PM and one hour before service at the funeral home.
