Sharockman, Edward Age 77. Ed went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ 8/19. Survived by his wife of 52 years, Fran, son Mark (Emily), son Brett, grandchildren Matthew, Jacob, Megan, Emily and Ben. Ed had a passion for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with everyone, and was used by the Lord to serve, teach and minister to many people since his conversion in 1980. Ed was born and raised in St. Clair PA where he was named athlete of the century. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, then played 12 seasons for the Minnesota Vikings (1961-1972). After the NFL, Ed was a realtor for 30 years in the Twin Cities. Ed was a gentle, loving man who prayed over his family, attended Woodbury Community Church, studied God's Word, and encouraged others.
