Edna Mae Carr Obituary

Carr Edna Mae, born July 11, 1904, died at Jones-Harrison Residence on June 30, 2002. Edna lived all of her life in Kansas until March 1999 when she came to Mpls to be closer to her family. Preceded in death by parents, Lucy and Henry Moore, brother, Thornton Moore and husband of 56 years, Lester Carr. She is survived by daughters, Marjean Postlethwaite (Trevor Hausske) of Mpls and Madelyn Calderwood of Baldwin, KS; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. The family appreciates the care bestowed on Edna and the family by the loving, capable staff of Jones-Harrison Residence. Services will be at Jones-Harrison Residence on Wed., 1PM , 3700 Cedar Lake Ave., Mpls. Further services, Fri., 1:30 PM College Hill United Methodist Church, 2930 East First St., Wichita, KS.
