Belanger Edmund C. ''Ed'' Belanger, age 86, of Elk River on July 23, 2002. Preceded in death by his wife, Ramona; parents, Edward and Clara; brother, Henry; sister, Elizabeth; and son-in-law, Robert Howard. Survived by his loving children, Edwin, Theresa Howard of East St. Louis, IL, Eugene (Marilyn), Rich (Betty), Tom (Judy) and Tim (Kris); 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Delphine. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 Noon Friday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church (566 4th Street NW, Elk River). Visitation 5-8 PM Thursday at Dare's Funeral Home (805 Main St., Elk River, 763-441-1212) and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment St. Andrew's Church Cemetery.
