Haugen DuWayne D., age 71, of Alexandria, MN, formerly Shoreview. Preceded in death by beloved wife, Jane; parents, Julia and Elmer; brothers, Earl, Donald and Kenneth; sister, Doris. Survived by children, Kay (Arvid) Peterson, Stanley (Amy) Haugen, Bonny (Fred) Schulte, Daniel (Belva) Haugen, Julie Haugen, Paul (Mary) Haugen; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. DuWayne was an Army veteran of the Korean War, member and Past Master of the Masonic Lodge and retired from the Ford Motor Company. Visitation and service on Monday.
