Olson Dr. Arnold T. Olson, age 93, of Mpls, President Emeritus of the Evangelical Free Church of America, went to be with the Lord on 7/25/03. Former pastor of EFCA Churches in Houston, MN; Staten Island, NY and Mpls. US Army Chaplain WWII. Served as Pres. of Nat'l Assn. of Evangelicals, VP of Int'l Bible Soc., Board member of Am. Bible Soc. and VP of Nat'l Christian Leadership Council for Israel. Author of 9 books. Preceded in death by wife, Della and brother, Arthur and his wife, Eleanor. Survived by daughter, Madelyn Olson, NYC; sons, Dennis (Denise), Orange City, IA and Dwight, Spokane, WA; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother Stanley (Myrtle), Burnsville. Service Wed. 1:30 PM, First Evangelical Free Church, 5150 Chicago Avenue S., Mpls., MN. Visitation Tues. 5-8 PM, Albin Chapel - Eden Prairie, 6855 Rowland Road. Interment, Lakewood Cemetery.
