Palmer (Bright) Dorothy M., age 81, of Minnetonka. Born May 2, 1921 to Ruth & Allen Bright, passed on Sept. 11, 2002. Preceded in death by parents; husband, John and sister, Margery Manthei. Survived by nephew, Edward A. (Linda) Manthei; nieces, Merry Manthei and Diann Olson; cousins, Robert (Kathy) Grover and Kathleen Jensen; friends, Scott, Sheryl, Brandon, Ashley Hirman, and many others. Dorothy was a private duty nurse for many years and ended her career at Sister Kenny Rehab. She married John M. Palmer, then partner of Levitt-Palmer Law Firm. Dorothy was a long-time member of the Mpls Woman's Club and Nurses Registry. Memorial service Saturday, 11 am, with visitation one hour prior at Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel, W. 50th St. & Vernon Ave at Hwy 100. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Sister Kenny Institute, or Allina Hospice. Private interment, Zumbrota, MN. Washburn-McReavy Edina Chapel 952-920-3996
