Powers Dorothy H. Powers, age 78, of Edina, went to be with the Lord, Dick, Mary, and many friends on March 11, 2002. Preceded in death by loving husband, Richard (Dick) L. on June 18, 1976; and brother, Marshall Kallgren. Survived by son, Richard B. (Bruce), daughter-in-law, Susan K., grandson, Richard M. (Marshall); sister-in-law, Dorothy, wife of the late Raymond; one nephew, Tom; and two nieces, Gail and Liz. Dorothy was an astute businesswoman who helped her husband and son own and operate Pow-Bel Construction Corporation and Powers Realty Company. Dorothy helped in the daily operation of building and selling homes, building and managing apartments, and land developing. We deeply appreciate the loving care she received from the NC Little Hospice staff to help reunite Dorothy with her loving husband after 31 years of marriage. A special thanks for all the help and support of Pastor Lyle Olson and Pastor Paul Monson. We will miss her dearly.
