Feeney Dorothy Bruhn Feeney, 93, of Denver, CO, formerly of Minnesota where she was born and raised in Minneapolis. After her marriage to Dr. John Feeney, they lived in Excelsior at Lake Minnetonka for 35 years. After the death of her husband, she moved to Edina until 1989 when she moved to Colorado to be near her family. Dorothy was born June 7, 1908 and died January 19, 2002. She is survived by two sons, Jack Feeney of CO and David Feeney of IL. She had three grandchildren, Chad Feeney, Michael Feeney and Molly Ann Feeney, and four great-grandchildren. Dorothy graduated from the University of MN, taught kindergarten at Northrop School for Girls and was active in her sorority, Delta Delta Delta. She was also very active in the Excelsior Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held Friday, January 25 at 10 AM at Crystal Lake Funeral Home in Mpls.
