Lowe, Dorothy B. Age 91, of Apple Valley, formerly of Richfield, MN, was called to her heavenly home on November 8, 2013. Born in Grafton, ND, Dorothy spent several years as an executive secretary at BNSF Railroad and in retirement loved to spend time in her beautiful garden. Preceded in death by parents Oscar and Mabel Lykken; husbands, Frank Bailey and Vernon Lowe; sister, Millicent LaBerge; sister-in-law, Carol Lykken; brother- in-law, Robert Miller. She is survived by sons, F. Ronald (Kaylen) Bailey, Gerald Lowe, Roger (MaryKay) Lowe; grandchildren, Larisa (Vincent) Nickols, Erika (Peter) Frahm, Christopher Lowe, Ryan Lowe; great-grandchildren, Riley, Bailey, Isabella, Ryder. She is also survived by siblings, Vernon Lykken, Lorraine Miller, Eleanore (Robert) Schnell, Lowell (Beverly) Lykken, Glenn (Dawn) Lykken; brother-in-law, Thomas LaBerge; numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial service 11 a.m. Monday, November 25th with visitation 1 hour prior at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1900 7th St. NW., New Brighton, MN. Dorothy's faith statement is 2 Timothy 4:7-8.
