Etzwiler Donnell D. Etzwiler, M.D., age 76, of Bloomington, passed away April 6, 2003, of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Pediatric endocrinologist, Founder and President (1967-1997) of the International Diabetes Center. Survived by wife, Helen; children, Nancy Etzwiler (Daniel O'Neill), Lisa Etzwiler (Randall Clary), Diane Etzwiler (Robert Thallon) and David Etzwiler (Sarah Truesdell); and eight grandchildren. Memorial service Friday, April 11 at 5:30 PM at Plymouth Congregational Church, 19th and Nicollet Avenue S., Mpls., 55403. Reception to follow at church. Private interment. Memorials preferred to either Donnell Etzwiler International Scholars Training Program, International Diabetes Center, Park Nicollet, 3800 Park Nicollet Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55416 or American Diabetes Association, Dr. Donnell Etzwiler Camp Needlepoint Fund, Attn: Becky Martin, 715 Florida Avenue South, Ste. 307, Minneapolis, MN 55426.
