Peterson Donald Lee, age 59, of Marcell, passed away Wed., Nov. 13, 2002 at St. Lukes Hospital, Duluth after a 1.5 year battle with cancer. He was born March 30, 1943 to Raymond & Marie (Miller) Peterson in Clare City, MN. Donald was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by Dorothy Jorgenson; daughters, Mary (Matt) Gardas and Anne Peterson; grandchildren, Madalyn, Mallory and Maclaen; brothers, Earl and Larry (Joann) Peterson; sister, Norma Roder; and many nieces, nephews, and so very many friends that he found everywhere he went. Don worked for 25 years for the city of Eden Prairie. ''Stretch'' or ''Skun'' wanted to be remembered the way that he was in the good old days. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, 2002 at 1 pm in the Huber Funeral Home, 16394 Glory Lane, Eden Prairie, with Pastor Joel Quie officiating.
