Johnson Donald H., 84, of Hackensack, MN, passed away Wed., July 10, 2002. Don was born Aug. 30, 1917 in Mpls., MN to Paul & Ruth (McKusick) Johnson. He was united in marriage to Arleen Lindgren in Mpls. on June 18, 1941 where the two made their home until moving to Hackensack, MN in 1980. Don was employed with M & O Paper Company, Addison Lewis Advertising, and from 1950 to 1980 he co-owned Don Johnson Advertising with his wife Aleen. Arleen passed away in 1986 and Donald continued to make his home in Hackensack. Donald is survived by 1 daughter, Monica, Mrs. Don Lundquist of Hackensack, MN; 1 sister, Marjorie (Marnie) Ruch, of Mpls., MN; 3 step-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Arleen (Lindgren); parents; 2 sisters, Barbara & Eleanor. Services were Mon., July 15 in Hackensack, MN. Arrangements are with Kline Funeral Home of Pine River.
